The Search For Talent
The search process is a methodical,
systematic approach that we have developed
over the past thirty years. Our Matrix/model
insures a successful effort. However, our
experience shows us that there is no magic
in recruitment, but lots of hard "detective"
work, and a sense, based upon years of experience,
for the kinds of technical and personal
skills that will work with our client. A
candidate's personal profile and personality
fit with our client are critical issues,
which we address along with the technical
skills and criteria established for the
position. No two clients or individuals
are the same, but our goal is to match the
right person with the right company for
the long term, and the dozens of companies
we have worked with will attest to our skill
at that.
Our goal is to present candidates within
30 days of starting a search assignment.
We have thousands of geoscientists, engineers
and landmen, as well as, executives in our
database, which we are continually upgrading
